To do this, we will follow the following principles:
Product Quality Improvement
Zhengzhou khumic biochemical technology co.,ltd. regularly invites customers to visit our factory. Educate our facilities on the product and service quality our customers require. Khumic Biochemical Technology is uniquely equipped to do this as the majority of our sales representatives are technically trained (chemists, chemical engineers, biologists, etc.) with hands-on experience in an industrial laboratory or factory environment.
Samples
We will only provide customers with samples that meet production quality. Samples produced in the laboratory or pilot plant will only be sent with prior agreement. If necessary, We will provide pre-shipment and co-shipment samples any time they are required.. All samples will be accompanied by the required OSHA label and Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
Specification
We will generally notify customers and suppliers of any anticipated changes to Khumic's product specifications or processes. We will not knowingly deliver any new materials, whether new sources or new processes, without prior evaluation and notification by the customer. We will not knowingly ship any product that does not meet customer specifications.
Deliveries
We will ensure every package in every shipment has the correct label and supplier lot number, and comply with safety and environmental laws. A Certificate of Analysis for each shipment will be sent to the customer by fax or email, or made available on the website, and will include the customer and Khumic product names, batch numbers, test results for specified properties, and any other information that the specific customer may require. The MSDS will also be sent via fax, email, or made available on the website or included with the shipment.
Employees
Each employee at Khumic Biochemical Technology will receive training on the Company's Quality Policy to ensure that Khumic Biochemical Technology's standards are maintained at all times. Failure to live up to these standards may lead to disciplinary action up to and including termination.
Packaging And The Environment
We will promote the use of environmentally friendly recyclable packaging by our suppliers. We will endeavor to meet our customers' packaging requirements. Khumic Biochemical Technology will only use warehouses and carriers approved to handle chemicals and that have appropriate permits and licenses.
Performance Review
We will monitor our performance for on-time deliveries as well as our performance in meeting specifications, labeling, certificates of analysis, and packaging requirements. We will use this feedback to continually improve our performance to reach the highest levels. This information will be reviewed monthly by our Quality Committee, which is comprised of members of the sales, traffic, IT, and administration departments.
